Service Description
Benefits include: if any issues arise—such as a spilled drink or minor scratches from hedges—I will address them free of charge at the next service. In addition, this option is more cost-effective. To be eligible for the Monthly Maintenance Plan, customers must first book and complete a Deep Clean package. Acceptance onto the subscription is subject to this initial service, which ensures the vehicle meets the required standard for ongoing maintenance. Once enrolled, any request to reschedule a maintenance booking must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the appointment being forfeited. The Monthly Maintenance Plan may be cancelled at any time. However, all payments are non-refundable. If a payment is processed (for example, on the 1st of the month) and the subscription is cancelled partway through the billing period, no partial or full refund will be issued for that period.
